Watch Motherhood performing at Shivering Songs

Category: music 300

New Brunswick art-rockers were joined by a children’s choir for their January performance and we’ve got a pair of videos to prove it!

This past January, Motherhood took the stage at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre as part of Shivering Songs 2018. As part of their set on a bill that included Camille Delean and Timber Timbre, Fredericton’s beloved art-rockers welcomed a choir of students from George Street Middle School under the direction of Hilary Ready.

These two videos were a joint effort between Grid City Magazine and the team at CHSR’s live in the studio program, Sessions. Big thanks to Motherhood and Shivering Songs for letting us record the show.

Recorded live at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, Saturday January 20, 2018 as part of Shivering Songs. Audio recorded by Dylan Ward for CHSR Sessions. Video recorded by Matt Carter for Grid City Magazine.
