Connection Dance Works’ Saint John Contemporary Dance Festival takes place across various locations throughout the city’s uptown.
Connection Dance Works’ Saint John Contemporary Dance Festival takes place July 20-25 in uptown Saint John with site-specific performances from a curated selection of contemporary dancers, including EYAS Dance Project from Madrid, and Possesom Paul.
This year’s festival includes three performances, a pair of workshops, and the festival’s popular Community Movement Project which encourages open participation through a series of directed improvisations to live music for all dance levels. Staged in various locations across uptown Saint John and guided by dancer and choreographer Darryl Tracy, the Community Movement Project is your chance to take part in this exciting and unique annual happening.
