Acclaimed PEI singer-songwriter plays Corked Wine Bar December 7.
Dylan Menzie returns to the province next month with a performance at Corked Wine Bar in Fredericton as part of the ongoing Music Runs Through It series.
Prior to his Fredericton show, his only New Brunswick performance on this tour, Menzie will spend a week touring through Ontario including a performance at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
In early 2018, Menzie plans to release a collection of solo acoustic takes on tracks from his 2016 album, Adolescent Nature.
“This past year has been crazy busy but also very exciting,” says Menzie. “I really enjoyed reimagining the songs from Adolescent Nature in a more intimate setting and can’t wait to share some of them from the stage on this tour – just me, my guitar, and maybe a few little surprises.”
He’ll also be a featured musician on the upcoming six-part CTV series The Launch, which will air early in the new year.
Menzie joins a long line of performers to play at the intimate downtown Fredericton venue. Since the fall of 2015, the 50 seat venue has welcomed more than 40 performances including shows by Suzie Vinnick, Garret Mason, Steve Poltz, Ryan Cook, Sultans of String and Josh Bravener to name a few.
