Sackville’s Jon McKiel plays the UK’s End of the Road Festival this week with addition shows in Italy coming up in September.
A recent addition to the Forward Music Group roster, Sackville’s Jon McKeil is currently in the midst of his first overseas tour playing shows in the UK and Italy over the next few weeks.
Earlier this year McKiel gave performances in both Los Angeles and New York City.
McKiel’s most recent album, 2020’s ambitious Bobby Joe Hope was written using an oddly alluring collection of audio samples discovered among reams of old reel-to-reel tape. An instant classic, the album stands as one of the most creative Canadian music projects released during the pandemic.
