FRASE is a singer, multi-instrumental musician and producer from Montreal, Canada. Formerly know as FM Hi LOW, FRASE has put the live band moniker aside and embarked on a solo world tour. In 2015 alone he has banged out tours in Italy, France, Spain, Australia, and India.
While supporting legendary beatbox looper DUB FX , and performing sets at festivals and clubs FRASE has developed a live hybrid solo sets that focus around his lush voice, conscious lyrics, ripping guitar licks and BIG beats. Mixing golden era Hip-Hop, Retro Soul, Dub Reggae & EDM, he evokes an original, sensual, soulful and very danceable sound.
In April and May of 2015 FRASE recorded a new album “Daggers & Shields” in DUB Fx home studio in Melbourne Australia. The record will be release on Convoy Music Group this September. Catch him performing a special midnight show tonight at The Capital Complex.
