Fredericton Arts Alliance annual Fundraiser, For Art’s Sake: Gala and Art Auction, coming up Thursday.
The Fredericton Arts Alliance is hosting its annual fundraiser, the gala and art auction, For Arts’ Sake, on the evening of Thursday, October 19 at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. All proceeds from this major fundraiser go toward supporting the ongoing programs of the Fredericton Arts Alliance, a nonprofit organization that supports and promotes the arts in the Fredericton region through advocacy and programming.
With music by the Don Bossé jazz ensemble, hors d’oeuvres, drinks and art, For Arts’ Sake promises to be a spirited evening celebration in the name of art.
This year, there are more than 70 items on offer with minimum auction bids ranging from $15 to $15,000. Guests can bid on pieces by Amy Ash, Chris Colwell, Marjory Donaldson, David Eastwood, Debb Ferris Bates, Tom Forrestall, Margaux Khoury, Stephen May, Sarah Petite, Joseph Plaskett, Roméo Savoie, Gordon Sparks, Peter Thomas, Brigid Toole Grant, and many more.
