Gallery 78 hosts the Annual Society of Canadian Artist’s Elected Members’ Exhibition, Sept. 10 – Oct. 2.
The end of summer season at Gallery 78 gets underway with the opening of the Annual Society of Canadian Artist’s Elected Members’ Exhibition. Member artists from across the country have competed and been juried to participate in this national exhibition.
The SCA is a national, non-profit artists’ organization dedicated to expanding the visibility and stature of the visual arts. SCA has representation in all the visual arts media.
Beginning September 10, audiences can experience the art of thirty-six artists from across Canada, five of whom will be honoured with awards totaling $7,000, including the prestigious Mary Pratt Crystal Award.
This show opens September 10 and will be on display until October 2. For the exhibition opening (4-7 p.m.), tickets or reservations are not required, but please note that masks are mandatory for the evening.
