After a successful evening in Miramichi thanks to Hospice Miramichi Inc., Buttercup Productions brings the one act comedy Semi-Sweetheart to Fredericton.
Semi-Sweetheart is a completely local creation from that is written, performed and given life by New Brunswick artists. It tells the story of a women named Joan and her love of chocolate and all the hilarity that this love has caused her over the years with the help of her long lost friend Charlotte.
We will also be raising funds for DunRoamin’s Stray and Rescue in Florenceville which is a fantatic non-profit organization that dedicates so much time for those little creatures that don’t have a voice. So please, come and support these fine folks as well.
“As director of this show, this has become one of the most special projects I have ever been a part of and really, really hope you can come out and help experience this production,” said Samuel Crowell. “It is truly a labour of love for a dear friend and I hope you can come get lost in the experience. Spread the word and spread the love!”
