The Charlotte Street Arts Centre will host four Sunday afternoon piano recitals beginning July 14.
The Charlotte Street Arts Center invites the public to gather in the Jim Myles Auditorium for the Sunday Series, a four-part recital series featuring the a range of local performers.
With food, drink and craft activities available for the whole family to enjoy, the series will provide a stage to local musicians Marie-Ange, Emma Johnson, Scott Stevenson, Tanya Daigle and others to share the unique voice of the Centre’s own Yamaha Grand Piano.
Over a decade ago, the CSAC staff, Board of Directors and donors worked hard to acquire one of the most beautiful grand pianos in the city – and we believe it should continue to be used to its full potential.
In addition to live music, there will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, treats from Milda’s Pizzas and button making for $2 a button.
Tickets will be available at the door. General admission tickets are $5 per show, or all four shows can be purchased for $15. Kids 12 and under are free.
The Sunday Series at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre will run July 14 and 28, and August 11 and 25.
