Mike Trask likes to keep things exciting. Guided by his raspy vocal delivery and a seemingly limitless stream of creativity, each new album (or single) he releases ombodies a sonic character all its own.
Following the release of Derealization, an 11 track opus of the cleverly absurd awash in 70s R&B and psychedelic influences on which he performed all the instrumentation and much of the vocals, Trask released Fantasy Man, a seven song album of folk-rooted acoustic tracks that showcase yet another side of his extensive songwriting abilities.
Pleasant Pines is the first single from Fantasy Man.
