Headstones will be headlining the new festival main stage at Riverfront Park on Friday, July 28, 2017.
The legendary Canadian punk-rock outfit will be making their long awaited return to the Maritimes in celebration of the release of their upcoming album Little Army. “This is another big win for the festival and for Moncton, this year” says Festival Coordinator, Xavier Léger. Meanwhile, Headstones frontman Hugh Dillon shares in his anticipation, “We’re excited to have the opportunity to get back to the East Coast… we couldn’t think of a better way to do it, than with Mud City Meltdown.” The new album drops on June 2nd and you can pre-order now on the band’s website www.headstonesband.com.
Tickets are now on sale for the show which will also feature Moncton’s favorite sons, The Monoxides; 2017 ECMA winners, Like A Motorcycle; and Gold City Ashes, the new project from local legend Chris Colepaugh. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show gets underway at 7:30 pm.
