On his latest release, Jaguar Knight aka Jaguar aka AV aka Philip Clark has revived his Party Edits series that began in 2012 with a seven track album that included dance edits and remixes of music by A. A. Wallace, April Wine and others. This time around he offers up seven new tracks including that dissect everything from Chilliwack’s 1981 radio hit, My Girl to Slayer’s Dead Skin Mask. I know what you’re thinking. Why did it take so long for someone to put Chilliwack and Slayer together on the same album? Now it has happened. The wait is over.
